    • at any time, on grounds relating to the particular situation of the data subject, to object to the processing of personal data based on legitimate interests or public interest, except where compelling legitimate grounds for the processing can be demonstrated which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or where the purpose is the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
    • at any time, free of charge and without any justification, to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
